SET B: Active Core

 

For this workout we’re going to work each core muscle separately, while all the other core muscles remain engaged to stabilize the body. We’ll do 2 sets of the full sequence, with a brief interlude in between to revisit the basic core exercises. Remember to engage your breathing, and take breaks when you need to reset. There will also be a few moments of rest after each exercise throughout the sequence. Active Core is an effective workout to boost core strength and to improve stability overall in your body. Follow Active Core up with one of our full-body stretches to round out your workout.
